KishuGuardian Policy
These terms govern access to KishuGuardian.com, official KishuGuardian accounts, and any KishuGuardian-operated platform bots or validation tools.

You may use KishuGuardian.com and official KishuGuardian accounts for public information, identity reference, asset notices, and platform access workflows. You may not use KishuGuardian services to impersonate KishuGuardian, attack other users, scrape or copy protected assets, evade moderation, spam communities, or interfere with platform validation.
KishuGuardian-operated bots may be used for human validation, moderation, anti-spam review, official link routing, and community safety. Human validation does not require seed phrases, private keys, wallet files, wallet approvals, token transfers, payment, or remote desktop access.
If any account claiming to be KishuGuardian asks for wallet secrets or payment to verify a wallet, treat it as suspicious and do not comply.
KishuGuardian is not a wallet, exchange, bridge, custodian, liquidity provider, blockchain network, protocol operator, broker, advisor, recovery agent, or reimbursement program. KishuGuardian does not hold user assets and does not promise asset recovery, migration, reimbursement, gains, profit, access, or restoration.
KishuGuardian may link to or operate on third-party platforms. Those platforms are not controlled by KishuGuardian and may change their features, rules, privacy controls, or availability at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and following third-party platform terms.
KishuGuardian names, images, banners, profile artwork, generated artwork, text, notices, and related materials are protected. Public display does not grant permission to copy, modify, sell, redistribute, mint, tokenize, train on, or create derivative works from KishuGuardian assets unless KishuGuardian gives explicit written permission in advance.
KishuGuardian may change, suspend, remove, or update any site page, account, bot, validation flow, content, link, or policy at any time. KishuGuardian may also restrict access when needed for safety, abuse prevention, platform compliance, or operational reasons.
