KishuGuardian Policy
This policy explains how KishuGuardian handles information across KishuGuardian.com, official KishuGuardian accounts, and any KishuGuardian-operated platform bots used for human validation, moderation, safety checks, official links, or asset notices.

This policy covers KishuGuardian.com and official KishuGuardian platform activity, including possible future bots on Telegram, Reddit, Discord, X, or other third-party platforms. A bot may be used to confirm that a visitor is human, reduce spam, protect group access, or point users to official KishuGuardian resources.
Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies and controls. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their rules.
KishuGuardian.com may receive basic technical information through hosting, security, and delivery providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, requested URLs, approximate region, timestamps, and security event data.
If you interact with a KishuGuardian-operated bot or account, the platform may provide the information needed for that interaction, such as your platform user ID, username, display name, chat or group ID, command text, button responses, join events, moderation events, or human-validation status.
If you contact KishuGuardian directly, we may process the contact information and message contents you choose to send.
KishuGuardian.com and KishuGuardian-operated bots will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, recovery phrase, wallet file, remote desktop session, payment, or transfer to verify a wallet or prove that you are human.
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet files, passwords, government IDs, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information to any KishuGuardian website, account, form, or bot.
Information may be used to operate the site, protect the service, respond to messages, validate human access, reduce spam, moderate groups, maintain records of official assets, detect impersonation, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable platform or legal obligations.
KishuGuardian does not sell personal information and does not use human-validation interactions to request wallet secrets or financial transactions.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website, hosting, security, analytics, storage, messaging, support, or platform bot functions. Information may also be shared if required to protect KishuGuardian, users, platform communities, intellectual property rights, or to respond to lawful requests.
KishuGuardian keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, bot-validation, moderation, troubleshooting, legal, and records purposes. Platform providers may keep their own records under their own policies.
KishuGuardian is not directed to children under 13 and is not meant to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to KishuGuardian, contact us so it can be reviewed.
You can choose not to interact with KishuGuardian bots, leave groups where a bot is used, block a bot or account, use platform privacy controls, or avoid sending optional messages. You may also contact KishuGuardian to ask about access, deletion, or correction of information that KishuGuardian controls, subject to legal and security limits.
